Tips for day rides from Daytona Bike Week
- Main Street, Beach Street and US 1 are slow during the rally. Plan rides for the morning and get back before the evening crowds.
- Florida requires eye protection for every rider, and a helmet for riders under 21.
- March mornings can be cool, about 55°F on average, so bring a warm layer and check the National Weather Service forecast the night before.
- Fill up before inland rides: stations are far apart on SR 40 through the national forest.
